I make personal training PERSONAL. Each one of my clients gets an individualized fitness plan that is customized to their particular goals.

We start by having a detailed discussion about what your goals are. We look at what you want to achieve this week, this month and long term after that. Studies have shown that honing in on what motivates us, helps us stick to our goals, I’m here to help ensure that you achieve yours.

Putting in the work is hard, and I’m here to help guide you on your fitness journey. After we discuss your goals, we will create a customized fitness plan that you can use to achieve them.

In addition to a fully customized fitness plan, I will offer you nutritional guidance. Nutrition is a huge part of fitness, and I’m here for you every step of the way!

Fitness coaching

1 on 1 or group fitness coaching is the core of our work together. I will help you determine your goals, and we will work together to create a fitness workout plan for you to follow with me in person as well as outside of your session in your own gym.

My daily body aches became noticeable in summer 2021. After over a year of pushing through inflammatory arthritis joint pain and taking ibuprofen like candy, I stopped exercising because I couldn’t bear the pain of high intensity interval training classes or the embarrassment of standing in the gym close to tears on the treadmill. I decided to focus all of my energy on figuring out my body and at that point, I found myself physically unable to work. When I met Arash in fall 2022, I had just begun physical therapy to regain range of motion for my spine and was learning how to communicate my pain levels to others.  My PT reinforces the importance of exercise because strong muscles protect the joints. I needed a fitness guide to help me safely navigate my muscle groups to avoid injury and teach me a sense of confident control over my body. Arash has done just that and more. Fitness plans are customized to me and when I’m unable to do a movement, he always has alternate options. He holds me accountable to stay positive, celebrate the wins, and he respects the limits of where my body is at in each session. I’ve also learned where muscle groups are and which ones are stronger than others to better communicate my pain with my doctors. I am grateful to work with him and will continue to as long as he’ll have me.
